Negotiation

Introduction

Negotiation is necessary in a situation where there are two people or more. Around the world, negotiation is the only tool people have to make collective decisions when there must be unanimity. We negotiate for a variety of reasons and with a wide range of people for personal, family, social, official or other matters. It is not always that we get the results or solutions that we want We may compromise too much, bully the other side or sometimes, even fail miserably.
